I experienced a similar shift at O2 when the company moved its focus from product innovation to customer experience. This alignment with the company’s new direction was crucial for me and my team to contribute effectively. It’s about being in tune with the company’s heartbeat and ensuring you're moving in rhythm with it.
It's not enough for you alone to resonate with the company’s ethos; your team must be on board too. At O2, when we embraced customer service as our core focus, it became the North Star guiding all our decisions and strategies.
